個人簡介:

時穎超,研究員(yuán),神經細胞圖譜與認知(zhī)網絡研究組組長;2018年于中(zhōng)國科學院生(shēng)物(wù)物(wù)理研究所獲理學博士學位。2018年9月至2022年10月,先後在中(zhōng)國科學院生(shēng)物(wù)物(wù)理研究所擔任助理研究員(yuán)、副研究員(yuán)。 2022年11月起,擔任江門市新會區威信高技術科學研究所神經細胞圖譜與認知(zhī)網絡研究組組長、研究員(yuán)。獲國家自然科學基金面上項目、廣東省傑出青年項目、科技創新2030“腦科學與類腦研究”重大(dà)項目和中(zhōng)國科學院青年創新促進會人才項目等資(zī)助。時穎超研究員(yuán)長期緻力于中(zhōng)間神經元多樣性形成機制的研究,近三年研究成果以第一(yī)作者/共同通訊發表于Science、Cell Research、PLOS Biology和Current Opinion in Neurobiology等雜(zá)志(zhì)。

神經細胞圖譜與認知(zhī)網絡研究組:

大(dà)腦是哺乳動物(wù)最複雜(zá)的器官,理解大(dà)腦的結構與功能是最具挑戰性的前沿科學問題,是理解認知(zhī)、思維、意識和語言(腦功能)的神經基礎。複雜(zá)而精細的腦功能活動的實現有賴于多樣的神經細胞的協作及神經網絡的建立。系統解析大(dà)腦中(zhōng)神經細胞的類型、基因表達特征、神經元放(fàng)電(diàn)模式及網絡連接模式等信息,對于繪制神經細胞圖譜和解析認知(zhī)網絡至關重要。該研究方向對于揭示腦功能和腦疾病機制及治療靶點有重要意義。

本課題組應用單細胞多組學技術,聯合分(fēn)子和細胞生(shēng)物(wù)學、電(diàn)生(shēng)理學、行爲學等多種技術手段,繪制包含神經細胞類型、分(fēn)子特征及網絡連接模式等多維度信息的人和小(xiǎo)鼠腦神經細胞圖譜及認知(zhī)網絡。同時,本課題組還緻力于三維類腦器官培養技術的創新及應用,并以此爲模型來探究神經發生(shēng)、神經元遷移及神經環路建立等過程的形成模式及腦疾病的發病機制,進一(yī)步輔助神經細胞圖譜及認知(zhī)網絡的繪制及解析。
