個人簡介:

王宜敏,研究員(yuán),神經網絡數據計算與可視化研究組組長。2003年于複旦大(dà)學取得學士學位,2009年于新加坡南(nán)洋理工(gōng)大(dà)學取得博士學位。研究方向包括腦科學圖像大(dà)數據可視計算與分(fēn)析、生(shēng)物(wù)圖像信息學、混合現實、計算機圖形學、人工(gōng)智能等。曾于IBM中(zhōng)國研究院及上海大(dà)學計算機工(gōng)程與科學學院工(gōng)作,2022年起任廣東省智能科學和技術研究院研究員(yuán)和研究組長。主持國家自然科學基金委基金2項,上海市科委自然科學基金等項目多項。研究成果發表于Nature, Nature Methods, Nature  Communications等雜(zá)志(zhì)。

神經網絡數據計算與可視化研究組:

本課題組圍繞腦科學領域中(zhōng)産生(shēng)的多尺度多模态數據開(kāi)展一(yī)系列的計算、可視化和分(fēn)析研究。基于發展新的可視化、人機交互和人工(gōng)智能等方法,研究腦科學大(dà)數據管理、面向全腦圖像的交互式神經元結構标注、神經元三維形态自動重建、多模态神經網絡數據的表示與知(zhī)識發現、神經網絡結構預測與生(shēng)成等問題。目标爲鑒定神經元類型、解析神經環路特征、建立功能與結構的關聯、構建和探索腦連接圖譜提供有效的技術支撐和關鍵的科學發現。
